At FSHENG, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• All original components and accessories must be included.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging or suitable protective packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or returned with missing components may not qualify for a return unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email fshengshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Approved returns should be shipped within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including items ordered by mistake or no longer wanted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, FSHENG will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional charge.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at fshengshop@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns unless otherwise required by law. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs for exchanges unrelated to defective or incorrect merchandise.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under this policy.

International Orders

International returns and cancellations are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Customers in the European Union or United Kingdom may have additional statutory cancellation and refund rights, including applicable 14-day cancellation periods.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
